What size hat should I order?

Check out our sizing instructions + pointers to help you select the best size hat. Most of our hats have an inner adjustable band that can help provide the best fit + some of our hats can be custom sized before shipping. All sizes are in the description of each hat but if you are unsure about sizing or have more questions before you place an order, feel free to reach out via instagram or email.

What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?

Juniper + Co. hats are all one-of-a-kind. All sales are FINAL. We highly suggest asking any questions through instagram or email before purchasing. **Please note: for Custom Hats, you can cancel for 48 hours after placing your order, but after 48 hours of purchase, Custom Hats are not eligible for return/refund/cancellation as production will have already started.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be calculated upon purchase, so there will be no surprises.

Can I add something of my own to a Custom Hat?

Absolutely! When purchasing a Custom Hat you will have an opportunity to fill out a questionnaire that helps us get to know you better, as well as begins the communication process of designing your very own bespoke hat. We offer flower preservation to include specific + sentimental flowers to your hat, or maybe you have keepsakes you want to include. We will work with you + instruct you on the best way to get us your cherished items.
